I was going through some of my oldest Youtube videos last night, deciding which of them deserved to be given an actual title & made public. I came across this video, which is from 2014, about two months after I got my drivers license. I realize two years (three if you count my permit) isn’t a long time to be driving, but to this day I think this is the most adverse conditions I have ever had to deal with behind the wheel. Driving in the rain, most of the time, is relaxing. This was not relaxing.

Funny, I find torrential rain almost as much fun as snow. Especially if it’s a sun shower.
That said, the morons with their lights off... ugh

It’s almost interesting to see how much fail people have in rain like that. I should probably get a dashcam.

The puddles are fun. The not being able to see and not knowing which of the puddles will be too deep...not so fun.

I don’t like the puddles so much as the oppo in the low speed corners :)
It’s remarkably similar to snow. As in, easy to kick the ass out and easy to control it.

Right?
My new car is RWD, so more fun in the rain.

that makes sense. I thought they were just hiding from the rain and that sounds dumb

Nah, they were expecting hail. I actually turned around & headed back home after the video ended.
